Congratulations on your achievements in 2005! You had to sell and list a lot of homes to make those numbers. It made me happy for you and your family to see you had such a great year. Who would have thought St. George would move so quickly into high-end housing? We're so glad we made the move when we did.

Steve is a sharp Realtor and spared no expense in marketing my home. He presented us with high resolution professional photos printed on thick bond paper, high-end magazine listings, agent tours, networking and everywhere online. Any keyword will bring up Steve's site with your home listed. I have yet to find a better website that is so comprehensive. Our home had numerous viewings. Most were out of town buyers that found us through the various media. Steve calls to clarify every detail so you understand exactly what to expect in this journey. I've had agents supposedly working on my behalf in the past. I didn't know what superb was until this transaction. I would clearly choose Steve for every future real estate need.
