Thank you both for helping me with the sale of the properties. Your advice and friendship have been most appreciated and valued during these times. To be rid of the two continual "work in progress" properties is one headache I no longer have to worry about. Both of you were able to make this happen for me. The "work free" time from the properties, can now be spent getting my life back on track, and spending these precious moments with the kids before they head out into the world.
