Charlie and I Want to Thank You
Hi Steve,
Charlie and I want to thank you for taking the time to acquaint us with the St. George area homes that are currently on the market. We are both very impressed with the areas shown and feel that we will be future Utah residents.
As you know, the Santa Clara home is really of interest to us and if it becomes a short sale, I will submit a bid as you've recommended. It is simply spectacular!! The delay would work out great for me as I might have to access 401K funds and I wouldn't be able to do so until January at the earliest. If it's meant to be, it will be. Even at $388,000 it's a bargain. Too bad our house isn't ready to be put on the market yet because if it was, I would have made an offer before leaving St George.
We did check out the "horse ranch" property and liked the area and house very much, although it was more rural and smaller than we would like. We did investigate another development on the opposite side of the road (Rt. 118?). Diamond... something and saw a larger house listed by another agency that was really nice. My only concern has to do with my 4 dogs as I would want them to be "legal beagles". However, I did leave my heart at the Santa Clara house so to find anything comparable would be a hard, if not an impossible act to follow. Let me know what develops with it. FYI, I did like the St George area and the first house shown ,but the property was very small and there would be the issue with my dogs.
Also, we both loved your little guy Hurley and I've already told my friend here at work about him. He's always wanted one!
Again, thanks so much for taking the time to show us around. You really impressed us with your professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go that extra mile to find out what we were interested in. We look forward to hearing and working with you to make our eventual relocation a reality.

I Can't Recommend You Enough
Steve Harrington accomplished the impossible: he found me a great condo at a great price and at the same time he was able to handle all my neurotic fears about moving in the first place. I can't recommend him enough.
